Misha from Pita Ten
Utena form Revolutionary girl Utena
Momoko from Wedding Peach
Lacus from Gundam seed

and a bunch were mentioned before.

darn it, Katie, I was going to say Lacus! :)
Lunamaria from Gundam Seed Destiny also has pink hair and Kairi from kingdom hearts has reddish-pink hair
